English The home invasion sub-genre is becoming as stale as exorcism and See for Me thankfully brings something new, but is it enough? For a better average, yes. A blind girl cat-sitting in an abandoned mansion is attacked by three thieves who plan to steal a hidden safe. The protagonist's only help Kelly, a veteran who helps her through a new app called See for Me. The film has a pretty fast pace, nice visuals, a few minor twists and turns, and quite a bit of suspense, which are all pluses. The minuses are a pretty unlikeable main character, the lack of gore, and the fact that it keeps things a little too low key. The film tries to be slightly inventive, but there's still something missing that would at least kick it up to better than average. But probably it won't offend significantly anyone who likes home invasions, See for Me is one of the more interesting ones in a while. Story 3/5, Action 2/5, Humor 0/5, Violence 1/5, Fun 3/5 Music 3/5, Visuals 3/5, Atmosphere 3/5, Suspense 3/5, Emotion 2/5, Actors 3/5. 6/10. ()

English Ignoring the fact that employing a blind girl to look after a house is itself an idea from another universe, the fact that the house is being robbed by thieves that very night, and the whole subsequent course of the plot (I won't spoil it), it's still quite a thrilling B-movie ride, which I wouldn't have expected to be so entertaining. It's got a decent atmosphere, a reasonable running time, there's always something happening on screen, and in the context of home invasion films, it pretty much sets itself apart with an entire plot that you wouldn't expect, and which breaks out of the classic stereotypical motif of the subgenre. Despite the fact that, when I think about the film, it's incredibly naive stuff that feels like it was cut out of a sci-fi comic, I had a decent time and even though I don't often like things like this, I'll easily give this one a respectable, entertaining three stars. Surprisingly decent fun. ()
