English The third and final season delivers a satisfying and downright perfect conclusion to this fairytale story. The last episode was truly beautiful, wrapping everything up just as every fan must have secretly wished. For me, it was fantastic; I absolutely loved it! So, what made the entire series, especially the third season, reach the highest heights for me? It was definitely better than the previous season, which was bogged down by the circus and the magical academy. Comparing it to the first season is tougher, though. This time around, there were fewer of those charming romantic moments between Alice and Victor (finally, I know the hero's name!) because the focus was on the story, uncovering secrets, and the showdown with the "evil" witch. But honestly, those secrets and the final confrontation were what I was looking forward to the whole time. Did everything go exactly as I wanted? That’s another question, but within the fairytale atmosphere and tone of the series, it ended just as it needed to. And I didn’t feel deprived of romance thanks to Walter and Daleth. Even though Walter, the second son, often seemed like a stand-in for his older brother, his romance with Daleth was, in many ways, more compelling. I genuinely enjoyed their storyline and rooted for them both. So, yes, this season was better than the first for me. But is it worthy of 5 stars? How deeply did it resonate with me? Well, I often felt content and satisfied with what I was watching, experienced a bit of tension, and the finale left me with a happy smile. Will I remember this series a year or two from now like I do with J.C. Staff's previous CG division work, High Score Girl? All in all, I think the third season deserves 5 stars from me. The overall score might not be high enough to change the series' rating, but this season gets a solid 8.7/10. ()
