English I feel like I've uncovered a hidden gem on Apple TV that deserves way more attention. Samuel L. Jackson plays Ptolemy Grey, a character battling the familiar woes of dementia. He remembers events from fifty years ago but can't recall what happened five minutes ago. Jackson's portrayal is nothing short of brilliant, as expected from him. After the second episode, the show transitions from a poignant life drama to a treasure hunt with a thrilling twist, which I found incredibly engaging. It takes a bit to adjust to this unexpected shift in Ptolemy's life, but once you do, it's immensely rewarding. With just six episodes, the pacing is perfect, ensuring the story doesn't drag. Truly a well-crafted piece. ()
