English Jackpot! Adam Devine along with Adam Sandler in the writer's seat is an absolute win and together, with a bit of seriousness in the form of Pierce Brosnan and Nina Dobrev, it's an explosive cocktail that entertained me like nothing I've seen in a long time. The film takes the best from every genre – from the crazy idea itself to the unexpectedly brutal action, great humour from the intellectual, wacky to the fecal humour or gag meme fun (Sandler doesn't deny it), and, most importantly, the banter is relentless and the pace practically never lets up. All in all, an unpretentious flick, but it accomplishes all its goals without and you can see that it knows exactly what it wants to be. ()

English When I saw the Sandler production company logo at the start, I perked up. A Sandler movie without Sandler? Yep, but it doesn't disgrace the genre of light-hearted comedy. Sure, it doesn't offer anything new, but I had a good laugh, and Pierce Brosnan gets more charismatic with every passing year. ()
