The plot seems quite provincial. He actually doesn't seem, he is. Heavily provincial. But Chris O'Dowd appeared in the main role and after remembering IT Crowd, I hoped he would liven it up a bit. However, considering his other roles, I should have realized that he wouldn't liven it up. And indeed, he didn't. Considering the plot, this series is actually a pure relaxation matter, with nothing special to enjoy. Pure average that fades into the breeze of gray.
