I’m not going to overthink it, because there’s really not much to dissect here. I don’t get the one- and two-star reviews at all. At the same time, I won't hide the fact that I'm a big fan of Mélanie and Adèle. I like them a lot, and they were fantastic in this film. Watching them was a treat, and it kept me satisfied throughout. This movie is all about female strength and friendship, and I enjoyed it quite a bit. If it weren’t for the ending, it might have been rated higher.
