English Having finished the first season, I’m satisfied. Although two episodes in the middle of the series were noticeably weaker, the creators found their stride by the end and managed to make me laugh again. The finale, in particular, restored my full confidence in the show. I couldn't help but compare it to the first season of Blackadder, but the truth is, the Poles took a different approach. While this was occasionally a drawback, it ultimately worked in their favor. I’m already looking forward to a second season, which I hope will happen. / Lesson learned: If only Jan Pawel knew... ()

English I'm not afraid to say that at the end of 2023, Netflix pulled out this series on me like a rabbit out of a hat, about which I had no idea, but it fulfilled its purpose to the maximum. 1670 is a Polish response to What We Do in the Shadows. Just from the environment of the Polish nobility of the 17th century, which seems to still be steeped in the Middle Ages. Funny and divine at the same time, the Poles once again managed to outdo themselves. I want more... I hope I will get more in the coming years. This series cannot end with just one season. The archaic characters in it are so brilliant that it would be a shame. ()
