English Chuck Norris on a diesel steed, with a face as smooth as a baby’s bottom, searches for a brother who looks more like his son, and naturally, along the way, he brings justice to a corrupt little town. Instead of revolvers, he’s got kicks to the torso; instead of a rifle, he’s got spinning roundhouse kicks, and when things get really tough, he calls in the cavalry on more smelly horses via his radio. The casting matches perfectly with the hillbilly blues soundtrack, the plot is as simple as its participants, a few gulps of below-average action, and, of course, the final duel between good and evil. In a corral, with the symbolism of a galloping horse, and all in slow motion. Don Hulette clearly had the audience in mind and wanted to delay the moment when this whole spectacle would have to end as much as possible.
