Fairy Tale Auto

In the modern version of the 1934 blockbuster, János Szűcs, the young executive manager of EuroCenter, driving his top-fashion sports car, by a hair's breadth runs over Vera Kovács, the roll-skating pizza delivery girl of EuroCenter, and immediately falls in love with her. Vera is late for work, Szűcs has her sacked without taking a glance, and only later becomes aware of whom he has fired, whereafter Vera is given some fictitious job for higher pay. In a pseudo-quiz game she wins a luxury car with chauffeur, who is Szűcs himself, of course. His banker friend helps him put the girl to the test. Things get mixed up all the time, and, apart from Halmos, Vera's parents, too, get involved, but at last – of course – there cannot fail to be a happy ending. (official distributor synopsis)
