Back when I watched Desperate Housewives enthusiastically, they probably thought I might like a film with one of those "desperate" women. Unfortunately, Carlita's Secret lacks the aspects of a good movie in almost every way, with actors that were mostly annoying (Eva being a bit of an exception) and a terrible script that was all about one bag of money. And there was always someone shooting someone at the last minute. It's not rubbish, but it does deserve a bunch of “raspberries”.
