English I am at a loss. I was really looking forward to seeing this (supposedly) powerful film, but , I don't know if the fault is mine, I didn't feel anything very strong or intense from it as I originally expected. Of course, the premise is interesting at first glance, but somehow not particularly fleshed out. I thought it was going to be reflective, but then I didn't think much of it. The cast is mostly good, especially Jeanne Moreau. The music suited the scenes well, and there were just those occasional camera moments that are appropriate for this type of film. I'm just saying that it's a shame about the amount of untapped potential and I was also a bit put off by the unexpected ending, but maybe in time I'll come around to it. 65%. ()
