English It’s as good as the first Hellboy cartoon. This time, however, the unadulterated horror atmosphere comes into play, supported by a story that, in the traditional (Mignola, comic book) way, perfectly combines both well-known and lesser-known legends and weaves them into a thrilling spectacle. After all, the mix of the Elizabeth Bathory story, a vampire spectacle and ancient Greek mysticism is just the thing for Hellboy. You probably won't be scared (it's still "just" an animated film, I know), but I guarantee you a thrilling seventy minutes.__P.S. For connoisseurs of Hellboy in print, wait for the end credits. Yes, there's a movie coming out called The Phantom Claw. Starring Lobster Johnson! I want it to get here, already! ()

English This film, which is a year younger, has a much more intriguing horror atmosphere, which unequivocally earned it a better position with me right from the start than the first film. There are similar attributes to Sword of Storms here, but it's darker and bloodier. I can't help but think if you really want to get to know Hellboy, you're still better off reading the comics. ()
