English When Welles, portrayed like all of the other characters by an actor without an ounce of charisma, exits the scene (intentionally? The theatricality of the directing is stultifying), the bit of potential for anything interesting contained in the subject matter leaves with him. It would be more entertaining to listen to Welles reading the newspaper. A lot more interesting. 50% ()
