The Straw Hats encounter a pirate captain named El Drago (Kenji Utsumi) who is hunting the legendary treasure hoard gathered by the mythical Woonan. El Drago scatters Luffy and his crew and presses on with his hunt, and so the Straw Hat pirates must regroup and find their own way to the island where the treasure is hidden if they wish to take it for themselves.
