A more serious episode from Horst's life, where the usual booze and women take a back seat to investigating a pretty intriguing case of dumping toxic waste into the Rhine. One of the standout moments is Horst jumping from a helicopter onto a boat and getting straight to business. The French lady added a nice touch of charm, too. The ending was definitely one of the more interesting and original ones. This is one of the more serious episodes, but Horst and Tanner are still as great as ever.
