Sick (2012) (S03E02)

English Another solid episode. While not as gripping as the previous one, it was still entertaining. Unlike other shows, the constant introduction of new characters doesn’t bother me here. Given the group's journey, it makes sense that they'd keep encountering new people. ()

Walk with Me (2012) (S03E03)

English Well, well! Things are really heating up! The dead turn into the undead, presumed dead return to the living (though not completely intact), and we now have the Governor with his own militia. It looks like the story is getting a fresh jolt — or maybe a noose. ()

Killer Within (2012) (S03E04)

English Another top-notch episode! So far, Season 3 is shaping up to be much better than the second. There's plenty of action and the plot keeps moving forward. In contrast, the second season had way too much talking and the story hardly progressed. ()

Say the Word (2012) (S03E05)

English After the intense previous episode, things calmed down a bit. Rick, though, was oddly restless that night, channeling his inner lumberjack and going for a walk with his axe. I was just a bit disappointed we didn't get any well scenes. ()

Hounded (2012) (S03E06)

English The story remains engaging, so I’m still enjoying it. Even though Rick has calmed down a bit since his previous foray into Enlightenment and the Well, it wasn’t as intense with him this time. Fortunately, Michonne and Merle stepped up, bringing plenty of action to keep things interesting. ()

When the Dead Come Knocking (2012) (S03E07)

English A fantastic episode with a solid plot, plenty of action, and tension, creating an atmosphere that feels like it was borrowed straight from Lubyanka. Despite the grim setting, there was room for a happy ending to one story — because Lassie came home! ()

Made to Suffer (2012) (S03E08)

English Episode eight was hands down one of the most action-packed in the entire series. There was constant action, with people resorting to incredibly primitive tools to take out their enemies. Glenn, in particular, reminded everyone of the rudimentary tools used back in the early days of human society. It was genuinely entertaining to watch. ()

Home (2013) (S03E10)

English The weakest episode of this season so far. Its only saving grace was the interesting ending. For most of the episode, the plot didn't progress, there was an overload of philosophy, and Rick's hallucinations were just dull. 4*- ()

I Ain't a Judas (2013) (S03E11)

English Episode eleven was fairly uneventful, but at least it was to the point. I was amused by the situation surrounding Andrea's temporary return to the group, with everyone grappling with the dilemma: "We like you, but we're not sure we trust you enough to sleep next to you." I debated between a 3.5 or 4-star rating, but in the end, I rounded up. ()

This Sorrowful Life (2013) (S03E15)

English This episode delves into how far you can bend the rules before crossing moral lines. Most of the battles happen within the characters themselves and without the use of weapons, yet the story remains engaging with a strong atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed Merle’s taste in music — I'm always up for some Motörhead. ()

Welcome to the Tombs (2013) (S03E16)

English I was really looking forward to the season finale, especially since the last three episodes were building up to a big climax. But I was disappointed. Characters who can usually shoot a squirrel in the eye from a hundred meters away suddenly couldn't hit anything, wasting tons of scarce ammo. And the one person who did manage to shoot something got criticized for it. The ending was another letdown – the moving of the old folks home was touching, but it just didn't hit the mark for me. ()

Season 4 (2013) (S04)

English Despite some major flaws in the second half, Season 4 was much better than Season 2, with more action and plot development and less aimless philosophizing. The second half, unfortunately, featured many pointless attempts at psychological analyses of the characters, the story was stalling, and the episodes served no other purpose than to artificially stretch out the plot. It was a shame given the decent episodes 1-8. ()

30 Days Without an Accident (2013) (S04E01)

English The start of Season four felt a bit slower compared to the previous one. What really worries me is the farm vibe. Don’t get me wrong, I don't mind a rural setting, but I fear the writers might fall back into those long, drawn-out discussions about nothing, like in season two. Hopefully, that won't be the case. ()

Indifference (2013) (S04E04)

English Not a particularly action-packed episode, but the plot definitely moved forward. We got some clarity on a few issues and saw some important decisions made. Overall, I’m pleased. It didn’t notice any filler, which is always a win. ()

Dead Weight (2013) (S04E07)

English Another Governor-focused episode, but this time I had to bump up my rating by two stars. This episode actually contributed to the overall plot and didn't feel like filler. The story moved forward in a meaningful way. I’m not sure Rick’s going to see his harvest, though — the Governor has a tank, and that’s bound to mess up the garden. ()

Too Far Gone (2013) (S04E08)

English Episode eight was packed with action, drama, and emotional moments that would surely squeeze a tear or two from sensitive viewers. The relentless Governor takes center stage, now armed with a tank he’s more than willing to use, leading to plenty of intense and entertaining situations. ()

After (2014) (S04E09)

English A big letdown for me. The episode turned into a psychological and philosophical dive into the mind of a teenage boy, with the plot taking a backseat to this cerebral exploration. ()

Inmates (2014) (S04E10)

English Pretty underwhelming. There's been an increase in not-so-great introspective moments for some characters and a noticeable drop in meaningful plot development, slowing down the story's pace significantly. ()

Still (2014) (S04E12)

English This episode wasn't just unnecessary and boring; it was downright annoying. If a zombie didn't occasionally stumble out of a dark corner, I would've thought I was watching a teen drama about coping with adolescence. This one really missed the mark. ()

Alone (2014) (S04E13)

English Focusing on the separate fates of the split groups is fine, but the ineffective psychological deep dives into the characters' minds felt like they were just dragging out the story unnecessarily. It could have worked if the creators had chosen a more effective approach. ()
