When you put a acting ace like Jean Gabin next to a beauty like BB, you realize one fundamental thing. BB could never match Gabin's talent and next to his natural acting, her girl is extremely tense. But it suited this role. The film about a femme fatale, which is black and white but not noir, is a human drama. And good. ()
