Kham (Tony Jaa) is the last in a long line of traditional guards who watch over Thailand's war elephants. When one of these elephants has been stolen by low-level crime boss Suchart, Kham uncovers a major crime syndicate headed up by LC (RZA). I liked this a lot more than the first installment. The action here is truly otherworldly in places, the fire room is absolutely brilliant. I was pleased to see RZA, who obviously loves these types of films. The motorbike sequence is excellent too, it’s just a shame about the terrible digital special effects. The story is not that important here, and it shows.
