Another fairly ordinary inspiration resembling the Philadelphia Experiment, filmed just to make it interesting, to include something from real history. I guess I'll really have to find a documentary that covers this topic because no movie so far has given me what I wanted: Some kind of mystery drama. It’s always just action. This is pretty mediocre.
