Sebastien Grenier, a former French spy, is working as a financial analyst in Zurich. While he is cultivating an on-going relationship with Anna Gretz (Krystyna Janda), his peaceful existence starts to disintegrate. He is recruited by a top French intelligence operative (Michel Piccoli) to discover how one of their own secret agents was found out and executed in broad daylight by an unknown gang of terrorists. as he starts to work, he gets deeper into the case and realizes that he is using in an elaborate political manoeuvre, which leads to ruin everything what he loves in his life.
