Jack (Rob Corddry) and Vanessa (Leslie Bibb) are an expectant couple who move into the most haunted fixer-upper in New Orleans - a house with a deadly demonic curse. Things soon spiral out of control for Jack and Vanessa as well as their-not-so-helpful neighbour F’Resnel (Keegan-Michael Key); Vanessa’s friendly psychiatrist (Michael Ian Black); Vanessa’s Wiccan sister, Marjorie (Riki Lindhome); and the detectives assigned to look into the rising body count (Rob Huebel and Paul Scheer). Only the Vatican’s elite exorcism team (co writers/directors Garant and Lennon) can save them - or can they? (Reel Entertainment)

"Hell Baby" is exactly that kind of movie - there are good jokes, there are bad jokes, and all of it against the backdrop of a fairly unoriginal story that is supposed to be new precisely because of the extent of humor used in it. Some scenes might entertain you, but I think you will get bored with others. However, the characters are not poorly acted, such as the character of the neighbor F'resnel, who is truly excellent. It reaches the average - at least at times. ()
