Episode eight had its moments, especially the situation with the second test subject, which I found quite entertaining. However, I couldn't shake the feeling that the writers would ruin it by having Clarke play the hero, and guess what? They did. The heavy-handed sentimentality and predictable decisions didn’t help either.
