An unflinching portrait of adolescent lust and self-destruction, told through suburban teen America. Another member of the Coppola family shows that talent is simply hereditary and presents to us the lives of young people in such a way that at times we feel quite hopeless, yet also with some faint hope. It’s filmed well, but the story itself just didn't grab me. Perhaps if they’d pushed bit harder, had different twists... I don't know, something like that. It's good like this, but forgettable.
