I'm not particularly thrilled with this film. James Belushi didn't return; only the American Commissioner Rex returned, but with him also Dylan from Beverly Hills 90210. Surprisingly, Luke Perry doesn't bother much here; after all, he doesn't get much space. Instead, the children and their singing lead the way. That's definitely something that elevates this Christmas movie to the average level of family films because otherwise, there's nothing else that could do it justice. However, it certainly deserves an average rating for its fantastic choirs.
