After the breather in episode eight, this one came back with brutal action and a gripping plot. As a bonus, Lorne Malvo threw in one of his seemingly harmless but devious schemes. Lester's cold-blooded decision at the end completed his transformation into a despicable monster. His character development is among the best I've seen in any TV series.
