Just like the previous episode, the ninth one wasn't bad at all. We see Captain Barnes's transformation continue, and Nygma becoming part of the mayor's portrait (awesome). But the real highlight for me was Ivy Pepper, who, besides her other skills, shows a surprising knack for business. Chelsea Spack clearly has a tough role, but she's doing great.
