For found footage enthusiasts, Alien Abduction is probably quite bearable, but for horror lovers, it's just one of many. There is nothing here that is different, at least fundamentally enough to make the film stand out and bring something a little new to the genre. It brings nothing and just dabbles in clichés. I just found myself wanting to know what was going on in the film. But I still see the genre mainly as an option for those who don't have the opportunity to make films otherwise because they don't have enough money. Speaking of which, the special effects aren't bad.
