The beginning of the film Blood Widow has the potential to deter a large number of viewers. However, those who persevere can look forward to fairly good effects as well. It's nothing spectacular, but it's nice to see that they worked with fake blood, masks, and props rather than relying on digital effects, which could have further spoiled the film. In my final assessment, the film is bad overall, but the killing part is good.
