Sharktopus vs. Pteracuda finds an American scientist up to no good (as usual) by creating the half-pterodactyl, half-barracuda: Pteracuda. When the creature inevitably escapes, it's up to Sharktopus to stop him. (Gryphon Entertainment)

Sharktopus vs. Pteracuda is a beautiful example of how SyFy just can't get it right with any of its B-movies. This is so dull, so uninspired, and with such bad special effects that you won't even believe it. Well, for the minimum money, you get the minimum entertainment. You don't always get a gem and this is definitely one of those cases. The monsters are cool, but I'd rather see them in illustrations. ()
