The debuting director Pavel Hobl sent his two little friends, Pepík and Honzík, from their kindergarten door to a world where reality and imagination mingle. On their very first independent walk in Prague, the two boys venture not only to a museum but also to the world full of spells. The mosaic-like tale is a praise of the child's imagination that cannot be bound by adult ideas about what the reality looks like. It is a film which, as one of the first, signalled a new refreshing wind combined with the upcoming storms of the Czechoslovak new wave. (JuniorFest)
