The finale kept up the meticulously built atmosphere. There were some great twists in the trial, with Donald Cooperman taking the stand. I was particularly pleased with the ending — it didn't fall into the trap of a typical American happy ending. Instead, it maintained a slightly grim tone, which I really appreciated.
