I like Japan and its culture, when we overlook what their culture was like during the 20th century and its wars. Old Japan, however, has a beauty in itself and simply looks good in movies and stories in general. I was curious about the combination of John Wayne and Japan, especially since it is a romantic film, but he simply never disappoints. A beautiful story. ()
