As I expected, this episode didn’t quite reach the heights of the previous one, but there’s no reason to dock it a star. The plot had interesting developments, chaos in Medellín escalated even further, and the episode ended on a nicely open note.

A repetitive episode that we have seen in a slightly modified form several times before. Basically, we're just waiting for someone to take Pablo down.
