I took a break from Cobra Kai for a few years, partly because it started to recycle itself and wasn’t bringing anything new to the table. To my surprise, I enjoyed season four. The first half was pretty uneventful, but the pace really picked up in the second half. The last two episodes were top-notch, especially the fight scenes. The humor was toned down a bit, and the emotional moments were a bit overdone. Daniel and Johnny's relationship felt like a thirty-year-old marriage. Despite these quirks, it got me pumped for the fifth season, and I dove right into it.
