Julie is a young, rich and sarcastic patient in a mental clinic, living with a "doing nothing" manifesto: she doesn't study, she doesn't work, she doesn't have friends. Sure, it's a bit surface-level and the story is pretty straightforward, but Stay Still brings together two great leads—Katharina Schüttler and Natalia Belitski—who are both lost in life and brought together by fate. Through their meeting, they find the chance to reconnect with themselves, and maybe even rediscover love for a child. For me, it's a solid drama. Yes, the plot is simple and moves in a very direct way, but it kept me engaged, and that counts for a lot.
