English Really awesome and a nostalgic blast! Before we get the movie version of Mortal KombatI definitely recommend this one. If you can get past the fact that it's animated, you're in for some bloated, hyped up, non-stop action mayhem that doesn't really mess with anything. Blood spurting slowly from the screen, heads, limbs, intestines flying in all directions, people dismembered in so many ways you can't even imagine. It's one long fun action ride that honestly took my breath away. I also praise the choreography of the fights, which are intense enough, the music, and the humour, with Johnny Cage drops one wisecrack after another. Better than both Mortal Kombat films without a doubt. There are orgasms to be had here, and this is coming from someone who doesn't like animation much. This is a blast, with more gore than all the slashers in the last five years! Story****, Action*****, Humor****, Violence*****, Fun*****, Music*****, Visuals****, Atmosphere****, Suspense***. 9/10. English Excessively bloody, occasionally spasmodic, B-movie-esque in every bit of dialogue. In other words, the best thing ever created in the film or TV world on the subject of the legendary eternal tournament. Liu Kang has already enjoyed the main role enough (and still remains at the forefront of the main band), so it's only right that others have received attention, especially in a story that respects the basic mythology while also being able to deviate functionally. Uninitiated viewers will have a spectacle that doesn't pull punches, while fans get fond winks and nudges every five minutes, in the bloodiest moments quoting everything from the classic first installment to the newest additions – simply a balanced and fast-paced ride that delivers exactly what the long, cheesy title promises. Next time, however, I wouldn't be afraid to look into a completely different time period; Kung Lao in particular would be a great fit for a film. ()

English Brutality, fatalities... a ton of gore, a ton of legendary catchphrases - in other words, exactly what you expect from Mortal Kombat. I think this is definitely the best adaptation of this video game franchise (so far), which includes everything important from the game, is properly brutal and gory, including the breaking and crushing of bones, slicing and dicing, ripping off heads, and tearing out spines... Plus, most of the "brutality" and "fatalities" are so beautifully and iconically done that a fan of the video game franchise is really going to enjoy it. The animation is also great and the only thing missing, which would make it perfect is an iconic theme song... However, I still think it is awesome! "Finish him" 8.8/10. ()

English I'm not a huge fan of the "Mortal Kombat" game series, but I know the characters, so I was curious to see how they would handle an animated story set in this world. The film focuses on the most interesting character, Scorpion, and explores his life story. The beginning is quite grim, and the film lays its cards on the table without any scruples. This is not entertainment for a younger audience; it relies on well-known fatalities and gallons of blood, with characters frequently having their spines ripped out. I can confidently say that I’ve never seen such a brutal animated feature before; compared to this, DC films are weak. The story itself was entertaining within its limits, giving me some background on other game characters, and the action was relentless. I didn’t expect it, but I’m open to a sequel, as the open-ended conclusion clearly sets it up. I’m giving it 75%. ()
