When you lose a bet in which you bet on your horse, you probably don't even realize what it could mean for you. A story about how one honest guy finds himself in a situation where he has to save not only himself but also a woman. There are three thugs against him and he doesn't have much to stand against them. A western brilliantly built as an intimate drama. In addition, everything is portrayed in beautiful colors. A relatively rough film, rougher than most classic westerns, like those with John Wayne. It's not caused by violence, but rather by the hopeless situation of the couple. ()
