English It could have been a decent fantasy TV movie, but unfortunately the series doesn't have a plot that would be enough for four almost hour-long episodes. It doesn’t matter that it looks cheap, but when not very talented actors get a script full of all sorts of clichés, the story is told by an elf to Marigold, and nobody thought that Marigold could have glossed over those clichés, it’s a missed opportunity, one of many. That said, it does definitely have its good moments, for example the Empress was excellent and one of the few to surprise, and Bear McCreary's music is so good, that the series didn’t actually deserve it. PS: Regardless of its qualities, I don't like how many people wrote this series off long before its premiere, at best based on the trailer, at worst either because it's going to be another Witcher from Netflix or because Henry Cavill ran away from it and knew why. English I would probably be awkward if I posted here Trash! with the claim that this is just crap that has nothing to do with The Witcher. That's true, I admit, but as a standalone fantasy series, it had some good moments. For example, at the beginning and at the end, Marigold appears. His appearance is an unexpected surprise, but he again composed a song for us, which he does best. But of course, it's B-movie quality made. However, if you watch it with dubbing, you can still have some fun here and there. The dubbing is surprisingly quite funny and adds to the entertainment surprisingly oddly. Yeah, I quite enjoyed it, if it wasn't for the fourth episode, which suddenly starts playing something, I probably wouldn't complain. Fortunately, in this case, I haven't read the books, so probably good for me. ()
