Lupin - Série 2

The second season picks up exactly where the first one left off. The pace initially falters quite a bit; the first two episodes felt somewhat bland (objectively about 6/10). However, the second half surprised me, with episode 4, featuring the catacombs, being the standout for me. I really liked how the creators blended the past with the present. There are still some plot holes here and there, but oh well. As a relaxing piece of entertainment with the perfect lead in Lupin, it does its job. I’d definitely welcome a continuation and would spend my time on it. For me, it’s again a 7/10. P.S. You have to take the portrayal of the police with a grain of salt because you definitely wouldn’t want such inept law enforcement in your own country :D (07/03/2021)
