Jessica Barrett lives a peaceful life in San Francisco. With two kids, a record exec husband and a baby on the way, life is pretty full. Behind the Door is an interesting film. If it had been made in slightly better quality and about ten years earlier, it would have been a good film that could have shaped the genre. You'll find certain elements here that are common with The Omen, which is a few years younger. But considering that there are films like Rosemary's Baby and The Exorcist, Behind the Door is just an inadequate copy of them, offering nothing new and merely using elements that have worked before.
