Junkyard

When the right art style and animation are chosen, it can result in an interesting, powerful work, especially when there's a strong story behind it. In the short film Junkyard, this came together, featuring great moments underscored by a rather tense atmosphere and elements not typically associated with animations. And therein lies its strength, though it's true that it quite resembles Waltz with Bashir in terms of animation. (06/01/2014)
