I was pleased that this time around, it wasn't just the disposable characters meeting their end; two significant characters were sacrificed. However, I was once again baffled by the response to the radioactive rain. Last time, there was a half-hearted attempt at decontamination, but now everyone just let it slide. The third star is for the line: "You can’t hide forever!" If you've ever played Syphon Filter 1, you might remember the Lincoln Memorial scene just like I did. And yes, I mean Abraham Lincoln.
