English A fairly boring romance that doesn't offend, but doesn't delight either. However, Keanu Reeves saved the day. When he appeared, I almost choked with laughter. It was a refresher that raised my rating slightly above average. And the rap at the very end was also cool! ()

English A very enjoyable romance with no real surprises except for a good sense of humor. Just what I was craving after an exhausting baking session three days before Christmas Eve. I've been even less strict than usual in my reviews lately, and I'll continue that trend with this one. The only thing is that I don't share the passion for Keanu Reeves. 3.5 stars. ()

English Netflix has no problem filling out its film library with movies starring lesser-known actors, but every now and then, they pull off a pleasant surprise. Always Be My Maybe is one of those cases, thanks to a fun concept and the perfect chemistry between Randall Park and Ali Wong. It's your classic rom-com, but one that's actually enjoyable to watch. There are even some genuinely funny moments—especially when Keanu Reeves shows up. He steals the show as a hilariously philosophical jerk and clearly has a blast with the role. ()
